Unclear user story
A business analyst who can write a clear user story is hired to ensure the user story is clear and precise.
Unclear definition of done
The acceptance criteria must be clearly written that indicates when to stop implementing.
Testing too late in the sprint
Testing very late is another challenge faced in agile implementation.
Poor team communication.
All the team members across the geographical area must work together and there must be a proper communication with each other.
Wrong explanation of agile.
When wrong agile intro is given to team members it leads to wrong goals hence it to be made sure that the goals are explained well.
